Who are the members of your family?
My family consists of my daughter Rylie and husband Chase.

When did you join Fit4Mom and why did you become an instructor?
I joined Fit4Mom a year ago. I love Fit4Mom and what it stands for and think doing motherhood with a community of women is a wonderful thing. I cannot wait to teach the classes.

How has Fit4Mom affected your life?
Fit4Mom has given our family a community. I love having a group of women to do motherhood with. My daughter has the best time playing with all of the kids.

What advice do you have for moms looking to try Fit4Mom?
Please come and give it a try! You get to spend an hour with amazing moms outside and get a workout in. Afterwards, you will get to enjoy watching your little ones playing with each other. Our family has made great friends through the group.
