We are more than a
stroll in the
park! FIT4MOM of Yorba Linda and Placentia, California
is the premiere stroller fitness program in the area. We
offer a complete head to toe total body workout, led by specially
trained instructors, who are moms just like you. The best part is that
your baby(ies) comes along for the ride and you both get to enjoy the
beautiful outdoors. During the workout our instructors incorporate
interaction with your child through songs, counting, learning ABC's and
color recognition.
In addition, our program also offers Our Village that consists of weekly playgroups,

Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute cardio and strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. This workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates, fitness, and yoga to help you regain posture and alignment while strengthening your body from the inside out. Stroller Barre® will help you reconnect with your body, increase flexibility and develop the core strength needed for motherhood.
