Who are the members of your family?
I am married to Kyle, and we have three children, Landon, Charlotte and Liam

When did you join Fit4Mom?
I joined in 2022 with two little ones.

How has Fit4Mom affected your life?
I have always been involved in various community groups, but when my daughter broke her femur I was eager to find a way to get us out of the house and take her with me to my workouts. I was so happy to be introduced to Fit4Mom. Meeting a community of moms going through the same experiences, and growing friendships for me and my children through not only workouts but, mom’s night outs, play dates, and holiday parties has been such a blessing.

What advice do you have for moms looking to try Fit4Mom?
Even if you don’t know anyone, just come as you are! I enjoyed my first class so much, that I came back that same night for the Christmas party.
