FIT4MOM Yorba Linda Placentia Run Club is the perfect way to start running or add to your existing running routine!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginning to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including gear, running form, injury prevention, pace, etc. We will meet once per week for a group run and encourage you to cross train during the week at a Strides 360 class.
Location: Saturdays at 7:30am (could change based on training schedule). Our running location varies from week to week, but is in the Yorba Linda area. All runs are stroller-friendly.
Every week, we offer Strides 360 classes at a location near you. Check our schedule for details! Strides 360 is a great way to increase your mobility, endurance, agility and strength.
Our Training Program includes :Available Sessions:
- A progressive training program and guidance in a supportive atmosphere with other women working towards the same goal.
- Weekly coached training runs
- (Optional) Integrated Strides 360 cross-training program
- Weekly motivational and educational materials from your coach!
- Private WhatsApp page for participants to collaborate on mid-week runs, share successes, ask for coaching advice, etc.
- Opportunities to connect with your fellow Run Club friends while training to keep you accountable and engaged throughout the session!
SPRING 2024:
Pirate 5K in Huntington Beach on May 18th! This session begins with a kickoff meeting on March 16th. Sign up ASAP to claim your spot.
PRICING:
$129 for 8 week session
*Dads can also participate at just $99 for the entire 8 week session.
